B – Be Nice!

We have known for a long time that being nice is the #1 way to boost your attitude! Have you ever tried walking through a day and being nice? I mean overly nice to everybody you come in contact with. I say try it and you will feel what an Amazing Attitude can do for you and, more importantly, others. We know psychologically and physiologically that being nice improves your health, so why not try it?
